RETURN POLICY
At MyBae, your satisfaction is our priority. While we rigorously test our products for quality and inspect each shipment before it goes out, we understand that issues may arise. If you encounter any problems with your product, we’re here to help.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, partially consumed, or used. However, we do accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- All accessories, including the original packaging, must be included.
- Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with your Order ID.
- We may request images or video to verify the condition of the product.
- If your return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund or exchange process.
Please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns (Rs.200 for return shipment and processing).
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’d like to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
It’s important to reach out to us within the specified timeframe, as items may not be eligible for return or refund if not reported promptly. Returns will be denied if the product is found to be used, opened, or if the seal has been tampered with.
REFUND TIMELINES
Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we’ll notify you via email. Please allow up to 15 days from the approval date for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refund processing times may vary depending on bank processing times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, you can still initiate a return as long as the original packaging remains unopened.
